fujj9 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety is Our Priority
fujj9 believes gaming is best enjoyed when it is controlled and mindful. Use our safety tools and build healthy gaming habits.
Our Safety Tools
To keep players safe on the fujj9 platform, we have put in place several effective safety tools. These tools will help you enjoy gaming within healthy limits.
Deposit Limit
You can set your own maximum deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately. Increasing it requires a waiting period, which helps prevent impulsive decisions.
Time-Out Feature
If you want to take a short break, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 90 days. During this period, no games can be played or deposits made on fujj9.
Self-Exclusion
Need a long-term break? With the self-exclusion option, you can request to close your account for 6 months or permanently. Once activated, lifting this restriction is not straightforward, so make the decision carefully.
Session Time Limit
Set a maximum time for each gaming session. When the set time is up, fujj9 will automatically notify you and give you the option to end the session. This is effective for breaking the habit of spending too much time gaming.
Age Verification
fujj9 strictly follows the 21+ age policy. Age verification is mandatory at registration. We use identity document checks and other methods to protect minors from gaming.
24/7 Support
Our support team is available around the clock for any concerns about gaming. Chat with us in Bengali or English via live chat, or send us an email. We are here to help, not to judge.
Signs of Problematic Gaming
It is important to recognise when gaming moves beyond entertainment and becomes a problem. If you notice any of the signs below in yourself, please contact fujj9 support.
- Trying to recover losses by placing more bets after losing.
- Hiding the time or money spent on gaming from loved ones.
- Repeatedly failing to stop gaming despite trying.
- Neglecting daily responsibilities, family, or work to spend time gaming.
- Spending household money or borrowed funds on gaming.
- Feeling restless, anxious, or irritable when not playing.
- Turning to gaming to relieve stress or sadness.
The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming
Set Your Budget First
Decide how much money you will spend before you start playing. Use fujj9's deposit limit feature to lock in that amount. When you reach that limit, stop playing — do not try to recover your losses.
Keep Track of Time
When you are focused on a game, time slips by. Keep the session time limit active and take regular breaks. Rest for a few minutes every hour and spend time with your family.
Gaming is Entertainment, Not a Business
Treating gaming as a source of income leads to disappointment. It is a form of entertainment. Winning is uncertain, and losing is just as normal. Do not play when you are under stress.
Let Loved Ones Know
Let your family or friends know that you play and what your budget is. Transparency helps maintain healthy habits. Hidden habits often lead to problems.
Do Not Hesitate to Ask for Help
If something feels wrong, contact fujj9 support without delay. Our 24/7 live chat team will help you set up safety tools and take the steps you need.
Your Rights & Our Responsibilities
fujj9 is not just a gaming platform — we genuinely care about the long-term wellbeing of our players. Learn about your rights and our commitments.
Age Policy
fujj9 strictly follows the 21+ age policy. Anyone under 21 years of age may not use this platform. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity has been verified.
Data & Privacy
Your gaming information is completely secure. Your data is protected with SSL encryption on fujj9's servers and is not shared with third parties. Your privacy matters to us.
Fair Play Guarantee
Fair play is ensured across all games on fujj9. Game outcomes are not predetermined in any way. Every spin or round is conducted with complete impartiality using an RNG (Random Number Generator).
Fund Protection
The money you deposit is kept secure in a fully separate account. After a withdrawal request, your funds reach your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account in just 5–30 minutes.
How to Use Safety Tools
fujj9's safety tools are easy to use. Log in to your account, go to Settings, and find all the options under the "Responsible Gaming" section. Our live chat team is ready to help with any questions.
Setting a Deposit Limit
Go to Account Settings and select "Deposit Limit". Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Lowering the limit is immediate — increasing it takes some time to take effect, which prevents impulsive decisions. Minimum deposit is ৳100.
Activating Time-Out or Exclusion
Under the "Time-Out" option, choose the break duration that works for you. For longer-term protection, choose "Self-Exclusion". Once activated, these restrictions cannot be removed on your own — they must be reviewed through the support team.
21+ Age Rule — No Exceptions
Only individuals aged 21 or older may play games and place bets on fujj9. Age verification is mandatory for us, with no exceptions.
If you believe someone you know is gaming while underage, please notify our support immediately. We will take the appropriate action.
